Farm to Fork is Back!
We’re excited to announce the third annual Farm to Fork fundraiser and you won’t want to miss it!
Join us on Saturday, June 14, from 5–8 PM at the beautiful Old Nick Williams Distillery in Lewisville for an evening filled with great food, music, raffles, and the return of the crowd favorite: Chicken Poop Bingo!
This year's dinner will be a real treat: ingredients are sourced from local farms and prepared by Chef John Wilson of Sophie’s Cork and Ale. Chef John has made a name for himself across the Triad, winning multiple restaurant competitions including "Best Burger", and was a finalist in the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and NC Restaurant and Lodging Association’s 2023 Chef Showdown. His passion for fresh, local flavors will truly shine in this year’s menu.

Appetizers:
– Grilled vegan kabobs
– Cucumber canapés with smoked trout and trout roe
– Pork belly collard green egg rolls with Memphis BBQ sauce
– Mexican sweet corn
Main Course:
– Creamed Swiss chard
– Chimichurri roasted potatoes
– Conrad & Hinkle pimento cheese-stuffed fried chicken
– Vegan BBQ “fried chicken” (Lion’s Mane mushrooms)

Farm to Fork supports Yadkin Riverkeeper’s work to protect clean water and healthy communities throughout the Yadkin River Basin. It's a night to celebrate local food, local music, and our amazing community all while making a real difference.
